Perfect space for a location is:

• 1,200—1,400 square feet preferred; 900–2,000 sq. ft. acceptable
• Ability to display Prime signage package on building and marquee
• Vanilla shell or white box preferred
• Close to street with high traffic counts

Perfect Neighbors:

• Big box retailers
• Restaurants
• Fast food restaurants
• Coffee shops
• Video rental stores
• High-end retailers

Perfect Demographics:

• Population—15,000 plus within one mile
• Household—Families earning $35,000 or more

Prime Communications also is interested in mall locations for in-line stores and kiosks.
