Retail Sales Consultant
Are you highly motivated, energetic and customer-service oriented? If so, you’d make a perfect Retail Sales Consultant (RSC)! As an RSC, you’ll be tasked with the following:
- Be the solutions specialist for every customer & create a positive experience
- Problem solve & assist customers with questions and concerns
- Pair customers with smart technology solutions
- Receive opportunities for advancement
Retail Sales Manager
Regional Sales Managers (RSM) are the backbone of the company and have many responsibilities, such as:
- On-boarding, training and coaching of all Retail Sales Consultants
- Motivating teams and providing feedback to RSCs
- Day-to-day store operations, such as inventory counts, skill-building, scheduling, etc.
- Reviewing store goals, setting expectations & more
District Managers are integral to the success of Prime’s Authorized Retailers, as they are the role models and mentors for Retail Sales Consultants and Managers. DMs are responsible for:
- Overseeing regional markets & retail locations
- Supervising a team of dedicated Retail Store Managers
- Driving sales through accountability and encouragement
- Executing operational & merchandising initiatives
- Striving for success within his/her markets
